The views are wonderful, the food is plentiful (white rice, spicy beef stew, chicken with mushrooms, corn, and a kind of egg gyoza), but they don't provide drinks. The only downside is that throughout the entire journey, without a break, the guide spoke very loudly over the PA system, giving explanations in Chinese, and we didn't understand anything. Wouldn't it be easier to provide an individual audio guide with a choice of language? Even so, we recommend it!
Alonso was an exceptional guide. He was very attentive at all times, providing a wealth of explanations and answering all our questions. At the end of the trip, he gave us plenty of advice for our next leg of the journey. The excursion is highly recommended to fully appreciate the landscape of the rice terraces.
The tour was a 1000/10! Our guide, Fausto, is super friendly, super professional, and very patient with us. A sweetheart. The driver is also excellent. The boat trip is beautiful, then we went on a scooter ride, which was super fun, we strolled through the center of Yangshu, which is totally worth it, and we finished with a very beautiful show. I highly recommend it. It was totally worth it.
