Hola, siempre me ha ido bien con las actividades en civitatis, pero esta me pareció que le faltó dar mas información La visita a la torre, bien el guía estaba en el punto de reunión y subimos sin problema Pero aquí viene el punto, el tour en bus y en barco se hace con audio guías, la verdad no es lo mismo que tener un guía dando explicaciones punto a punto Muchas gracias!

Hi, I've always had good experiences with Civitatis activities, but this one seemed to lack information. The visit to the tower was fine; the guide was at the meeting point and we went up without any problems. But here's the thing: the bus and boat tours are done with audio guides, which really isn't the same as having a guide giving explanations point by point. Thank you very much!

con amici abbiamo scelto il tour in bus, poi il battello sulla senna ed infine la torre eiffel. guide cordiali e professionali, alcune un pò sbrigative ma del tutto chiare e pratiche. unica mancanza, ma non dipeso dalla civitas, è che nel giorno del tour all'eiffel pur avendo pagato per andare al piano superiore, per ragioni tecniche riguardanti la manutenzione non è stato possibile. Al momento ho richiesto il rimborso per tale motivo e stò aspettando una risposta da civitas.

My friends and I chose the bus tour, followed by the Seine riverboat, and finally the Eiffel Tower. The guides were friendly and professional, some a bit hasty, but completely clear and practical. The only downside, which wasn't Civitas' fault, was that on the day of the Eiffel Tower tour, even though we had paid to go upstairs, due to maintenance reasons, it wasn't possible. I've currently requested a refund for this reason and am awaiting a response from Civitas.

Llegamos al.punto de encuentro el guia y nos repartió los papeles y nos acompañó a la Torre Eiffel y ya nunca más lo.vimos. Pensaba que tendriamos un guia durante las 5 horas que te dicen que dura la excurion. En el bus te dan un código QR y el guia( que es otra persina diferente) no sube donde estamos los viajeros y además se baja del bus antes de terminar el recorrido. Así que mi resumen que ademáa iba con niños es que gastas 99€ por peesona y ya te arreglas tú mismo.

We arrived at the meeting point, the guide handed out the papers, and accompanied us to the Eiffel Tower. We never saw him again. On the bus, they give you a QR code, and the guide (who is a different person) doesn't get on where the other passengers are and even gets off the bus before the tour is over. La actividad la vendéis como paquete y resulta que no lo es,cada cosa va por libre ,si vas bien y sino también.Te citan en un punto de encuentro,te explican en que consisten las 3 cosas y listo.El guia te acompaña a la Torre Eiffel y listo.Buscate la vida.No debiese ser así ,si es una actividad el guía debiera ir contigo a todo hasta terminar.Siento que no me gustó.

Nos pareció un despropósito que nos hayan citado 16.30 para darnos los tikets del barco por el Sena y que nos digan que recien 22 hs podriamos hacer el tour en bus. Pos supuesto que no pudimos quedarnos. Vamos con 2 niños y la ola de calor lo hace todo más dificil. A Quién se le ocurre 5 hs entre un tur y otro? Nosotros compramos un paquete de actividades. Ojalá nos permitan hacerlo pasado mañana al tour en bus.

Pues la verdad que el cruzero por el Sena la tuve que volver a pagar yo, porque en teoría quedamos con una persona al lado del muelle y estuvimos más de dos horas esperando y dando vueltas, llamamos a lado empresa y nos dijeron que allí que sentían mucho lo que había pasado pero que allí nadie se iba a acercar, que fuéramos a otro punto de encuentro y yo les dije que habíamos quedado allí y ya habíamos perdido mucho tiempo y no se acercó nadie,’por lo que saqué yo las entradas otra vez
